Truth or Dare · Privacy policy
Your game.
Your privacy.
Truth or Dare does not require an account and does not send your game session or answers to a developer-operated service. Lars Ask is the app's publisher and the contact for privacy questions.
What the app stores on your device
The app stores the names or nicknames you choose, game settings and boundaries, turn order, current and previously used card identifiers, and session progress so that you can pause and resume. Language, haptic and optional English-line preferences are also stored locally. The app does not provide a field for personal answers to the cards and does not record those answers.
There are no advertising, analytics or tracking services in the app, and no developer-operated account or game-data server.
Your choices and deletion
End a session, or choose Settings → Privacy → Delete saved session and confirm, to remove its saved player names and session history from the app. Purchases and preferences for language, haptics and the optional English line are retained. The saved session remains on the device until you end or delete it; these preferences remain until changed or the app data is removed. Use the device’s Delete App action to remove its local data and settings. Offloading the app keeps its documents and data. Device backups that you manage with Apple may include app data; deleting a saved session or the app does not itself delete earlier device backups. Manage or delete those backups through Apple’s device or iCloud backup settings.
Apple purchases
Optional card-pack purchases and purchase restoration use Apple's StoreKit services. Apple processes payment, while the app uses verified purchase information to determine which packs are available. Your card or payment-account details are not provided to Lars Ask by the app. Apple handles information under its Privacy Policy.
If you contact support
If you email lars.ask@outlook.com, Lars Ask receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send through the email service. This information is used to investigate and answer your request. Support correspondence is separate from the app's local game data. It is kept while needed to handle your request and follow-up, or where retention is required by law. You can request deletion by emailing the same address.
Please do not include personal answers, unnecessary player names, passwords or payment details. You can use the same address to ask about access, correction or deletion of support correspondence.
