Pulse Weaver

Effective 29 July 2026

Terms of Use

The rules for using Pulse Weaver, its free content, and the optional one-time Premium purchase.

1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of Pulse Weaver and the related support website. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the applicable App Store rules. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The app

Pulse Weaver is a single-player orbital arcade game for iPhone and iPad. It includes free content and an optional Premium unlock. Features, availability, balancing, and supported operating-system versions may change through updates.

3. Licence to use Pulse Weaver

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices associated with your Apple Account, subject to the App Store terms. The app is licensed, not sold.

4. Free content and Premium

The free version includes the first ten campaign levels and Daily Pulse. Pulse Weaver Premium is an optional non-consumable purchase that unlocks twenty additional campaign levels, Endless, Zen, and three additional visual themes. The app does not offer a subscription and does not contain advertising.

The features shown in the app at the time of purchase define the current Premium offer. Future updates may refine or expand the game, but no specific future feature is promised.

5. Purchases, restoration, and refunds

Apple processes all purchases, localized prices, payment methods, receipts, family or account eligibility, and refund decisions. A valid non-consumable purchase can normally be restored through the app while signed in with the purchasing Apple Account. The developer cannot issue App Store refunds or alter an Apple transaction.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass payment or entitlement checks, interfere with the app, distribute modified copies, extract or resell assets, use the app unlawfully, or use automated means to disrupt the service or website. You may make ordinary device backups as allowed by Apple.

7. Intellectual property

Pulse Weaver, its source code, visual design, levels, text, graphics, icon, sound effects, and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Apple names and marks belong to Apple. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

8. Availability and updates

The developer may release updates to fix errors, improve compatibility, adjust gameplay, or add and remove features. The app may stop supporting older operating-system versions when necessary for security, platform compatibility, or maintenance. Temporary App Store or Apple-service interruptions are outside the developer’s control.

9. Scores and local progress

Scores, stars, statistics, and progress are game records, not money or property. They are stored locally and may be lost if progress is reset, the app is deleted, the device is replaced, or local data is otherwise removed. The developer does not guarantee recovery of local progress.

10. Disclaimer

Pulse Weaver is provided on an “as available” basis. The developer aims to provide a reliable and enjoyable game but cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device configuration. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app, loss of local progress, device settings, Apple services, or inability to access the app. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

12. Apple terms

Unless a different end-user licence is presented through the App Store, the app is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and App Store terms. Apple is not responsible for developer support for Pulse Weaver.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised when the app, business model, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from the stated date, subject to applicable law.
